We will try our best to make sure your product arrives in great shape, and work with you to the best of our ability if something truly doesn't workout for you. 

LABOUR OF LOVE is not responsible for paying additional VAT charges for customs clearance. All customs is separate from the shipping cost and is out of our control. We will try our very best to handle each order with the best care possible ensuring problems do not occur. Although, this is not fully in our control, if you have an issue with shipping please follow up and contact the carrier for any issues. LABOUR OF LOVE is not responsible for stolen or lost packages.
